School violence and bullying of children with disabilities in the Eastern and Southern African Region: a needs assessment

The present study considers how school violence and bullying is being addressed in Eastern and Southern Africa within policies and programmes in the region. The study also explores the needs and challenges facing learners with disabilities and how teachers need to be supported to address school violence and bullying in the region. Within the region, the five focal countries for the study are Botswana, Kenya, Lesotho, South Africa and Zambia.
