This report is the result of a study to estimate the cost of implementing the SETARA adolescent CSE programme in the three cities of Denpasar, Semarang and Lampung in Indonesia. It found that in the startup phase, implementing SETARA in a school costs between USD 10-15 per student. However, after three years, this cost of providing CSE tumbles to as little as 50 cents to one dollar per student. It can be used as a budget advocacy tool towards specific governmental stakeholders and to guide the scale-up planning and implementation process of SETERA in Indonesia. Additionally, the costing analysis performed could be used as part of an economic evaluation of implementing CSE in Indonesia.
