The American Institutes of Research (AIR)/Community Health and Nutrition, Gender and Education Support - 2 (CHANGES2) program was implemented through an EQUIP1 Associate Award. The program commenced operations in June 2005 and was completed in September 2009.
The first cohort of trainee teachers who participated in the Teacher Training College (TTC) programme finished in August 2009. Theatre for a Change (TfaC) contracted independent consultants to carry out an impact assessment on the TTC programme to identify its strengths and weaknesses.
