This powerpoint is an address given on African Universities responding to HIV and AIDS at Uganda Martyrs' University, in February 2009.

This report presents the key points and recommendations that emerged over the course of a two-day international technical consultation on positive prevention held in Hammamet, Tunisia on 27-28 April 2009.

This consultation was organized by UNICEF Headquarters and the Regional Office for Central and Eastern Europe and the Commonwealth of Independent States in collaboration with the Inter-Agency Task Team on HIV and Young People.
