This publication provides a global review of the current status of comprehensive sexuality education (CSE) implementation and coverage. It draws on specific information about the status of CSE in 48 countries, generated through analysis of existing resources and studies.

The International Conference on Population and Development and related resolutions have repeatedly called on governments to provide adolescents and young people with comprehensive sexuality education (CSE).
While we have learned a good deal about effective sexuality and HIV education, we can do much better.
