Policy on the Implementation of Reproductive Health Education for Adolescent Learners in Basic Education

This Order repeals DepEd Order No. (DO) 31, s. 2018, "Policy Guidelines on the Implementation of the Comprehensive Sexuality Education," and adopts Reproductive Health Education (RHE) as the new framework in place of Comprehensive Sexuality Education (CSE), in accordance with the mandate of RA 10354. The RHE framework refines and strengthens the scope of instruction to address the current and emerging needs of Filipino adolescents while maintaining a more relevant and responsive approach to education.
