The purpose of this study was to understand how the Connect with Respect (CwR) programme is implemented in different countries and different contexts by examining the specific cases of Malawi, Tanzania, and Zambia. Findings from the study were then used to inform recommendations to enhance delivery, effectiveness, and sustainability of the CwR programme across all implementation countries. Findings indicate varied understanding and implementation of the CwR programme in Malawi, Tanzania, and Zambia. Despite these variations, respondents commonly understand that CwR is a tool for addressing SRGBV and promoting respectful relationships in the school environment. At the outcome level, the study demonstrated that CwR is contributing to positive knowledge, behavioural, and attitudinal shifts within school environments and among learners and teachers.
