Intimate partner violence against adolescent girls: regional and national prevalence estimates and associated country-level factors
Intimate partner violence is a serious public health problem and negatively affects short-term and long-term health, development, and wellbeing of adolescent girls. Global estimates from WHO have shown that adolescent girls aged 15–19 years experience high rates of intimate partner violence.
