National education sector HIV and AIDS strategic plan (2006-2010)

This document is intended to serve as a regulatory mechanism for sub-sectors collective response to HIV and AIDS, and provide guidance to facilitate the coordination of sub-sector activities and activities of other stakeholders towards achieving clearly defined HIV and AIDS preventive and control targets in the sector. Education sector intervention to HIV and AIDS is targeted at the following thematic areas: planning and coordination; prevention; support for OVC; and policy environment.
