The University shall be guided by the following four principle policy components with respect to HIV/AIDS prevention, care and support, research and mitigation impact:Rights and responsibilities of staff and students affected and infected by HIV/AIDS.Integration of HIV/AIDS into teaching research and service activities of all University faculties, centers and units.To provide preventive measures, care and support to staff and students affected and/infected with HIV/AIDS to alleviate fear, stigma, and discrimination surrounding HIV/AIDS.Policy implementation: structures, procedures, monitoring and review.
