How to effectively tackle bullying: OECD webinar

Online

Bullying can have a devastating impact on children and their education. For those targeted, it can lead to fear, isolation, declining mental health, loss of confidence and disrupted learning. A new OECD paper, Bullying in education: prevalence, impact and responses across countries, reveals which groups are most vulnerable to bullying and highlights where the problem is most widespread across countries. In this Q&A webinar, experts will discuss the paper’s findings and look at what works in education settings, including how to respond when cyberbullying blurs the boundaries between school and home and how we can support those most at risk of experiencing repeated or severe bullying.
