KPMG was commissioned to undertake the end of programme evaluation of the UNESCO project to strengthen sexual and reproductive health and HIV prevention amongst children and young people through promoting comprehensive sexuality education (CSE) in Eastern and Southern Africa (ESA). This country report provides a description of progress made, results, and the main successes and challenges. It is not an evaluation of the implementation of the project in that country. This country report should be read in parallel with the regional report which is the evaluation report for the UNESCO project.
