Produced by the World Health Organization, this paper reviews literature documenting the provision of services for sexually transmitted infections (STIs) to adolescents worldwide. Findings show that only a minority of adolescents have access to acceptable and affordable STI services. Projects emphasising general reproductive health, sexual health counselling or family planning are much more common than those that include STI care as a key objective.
