School related gender based violence (SRGBV) has become highlighted as an important arena for prevention and intervention in the education sector but there is little collected
intelligence to date on best practice. Concern Worldwide along with other development agencies has developed programmes incorporating prevention and response interventions to address SRGBV. There is insufficient knowledge, however, of how SRGBV is integrated into such programmes and little evidence of what makes prevention or
intervention successful, or indeed of the criteria through which this success might be assessed. This review seeks to advance our learning in this field.
