This issue of Quality/Calidad/Qualite published by the Population Council documents the Mongolian universal sexuality education programme supported by UNFPA. This Adolescent Reproductive Health Project known as "PO Zorga" was implemented by the Margaret Sanger Centre International since June 1998. The objectives of the project were to improve reproductive and sexual health, help adolescents make right decisions on this matter, and develop reproductive health education that will meet adolescents' demands and requirements. UNFPA considers this government of Mongolia's programme as one of the success stories in sexuality education. The project is bringing in new approaches to sexuality education, and stimulating strategic changes in the way sexuality education is dealt with, and truly building national capacity.
