Relationships Education, Relationships and Sex Education and Health Education: equality impact assessment and public sector equality duty

This document sets out the equality impact assessment that addresses the potential impact of proposed changes to the RSHE statutory guidance on groups with protected characteristics who might be impacted by the proposed changes. It also records the analysis undertaken by the Department to enable ministers to fulfil the requirements placed on them by the Public Sector Equality Duty (PSED) in accordance with the Equality Act 2010.
