While IPPF’s ‘Framework for Comprehensive Sexuality Education’ sets out clearly our rights-based, gender-sensitive and sex-positive approach, along with the content
of comprehensive sexuality education, the specific methodologies to deliver and measure effectiveness are not well defined. This report aims to pull together IPPF’s current thinking on these new territories.
