How can we prevent discrimination and harassment without taking resources away from other responsibilities such as improving test scores? Some of our students want to form a Gay-Straight Alliance (GSA) club. How should we handle this? How do we comply with anti-discrimination laws and still respect the religious and cultural diversity of our students and their families?
